My dogs leg is clicking?

I have a 8 year old erspaniel and a few months back he started limping so i got him check and they told me he tore a ligament kinda like an ACL and they told me it would not heal and surgery was the only way to fix it but i kinda dont have $3000+ to get it done, so they told me he might be ok but he would need to lose weight. What to do? I feel so helpless?

I have an eating disorder and I am trying hard to get it under control. I want to eat healthy and stop eating junk so often. I think its okay to treat yourself on special occasions and such, but not every day. My problem is I go to the grocery store with my mom and pick out vegetables, fresh fruit, and lean cut low fat meats like chicken and turkey, but she continues to buy chocolate chip cookies, vanilla ice cream, peanut er, and sometimes little debbie snacks. These are for my brother and stepdad mostly, and my mom. I come to the kitchen and these things constantly tempt me. Its easy access to grab a cookie or spoonful of icecream or peanut er. I find its harder to resist sugary foods. I love sugar, im probably addicted. I never binge on fruit or vegetables even though i'd like to over sweets anyday because at least i'd not gain weight. I dont even want to binge. I want to eat normal. I know its the sugar. How can i stop reaching for sweets when i crave sweets? Its useless for her to hide them because i either find them or eventually get my own. I feel like i'm doomed. How can I start enjoying blander food with no sugar? Should I deny myself junk food for good because it seems anytime i have just one cookie or anything i cant stop until i am stuffed. Its all or nothing for me. I've tried a few bites but it never is enough...it makes me feel deprived. I hate enjoying junk food. I want to hate it. After all its nothing but sugar, trans fat, sodium filled, high carb, addicting stuff. I don't smoke, do drugs, or drink...thats easy...this is a drug to me...i want to quit. I think it even gives me a high. Like all the serotin the carbs give my body. What other foods have that affect that are healthy? I am depressed and i ume thats why i reach for these foods. I need a lift in mood. Besides exercise, , and depression meds, how can my body make seratonin?

Honda tractor wont start!! Not the battery, wont even turn over

To make sure it is the starter and not some other electrical problem. First make sure the blades are disengaged and it is in neutral. I know that sounds obvious but you can't be too safe. Now, connect the Neg. jumper cable to the frame Connect Pos. to the bolt on the starter where the pos. wire is connected. It should be a red wire. If the starter turn it is good. It should not matter if the key is on or not for this. If it is good I would suspect the starter solenoid. Not sure where it would be on a Honda but the Pos. cable from the battery is connected directly to it. If that is good check the safety switches. There should be one for reverse, usuall at the shifter. One under the seat and one for the blades at the blade control lever.

How long should I cook center cut pork chops in the frying pan with onions?

I am making pork chops that are about 3/4" thick. In the past, I sauteed the onions then added the chops and 1/2 cup water, turned the heat to low and slow cooked them for 1 hour. I don't know - I got completely fed up with the BBC's output some time ago and don't watch them very much any more given the choice. If we were given the choice to end the 'unique way the BBC is funded' I would abolish the BBC as a public broadcaster and they could live or die as a private company. Green Jumper Trouble?

I've been re-training my ex-racer as a hunter/jumper. He finally settled down enough and we've started jumping, but anyway he does wonderful on the ground with me or lunging. So I decided to trot him over some little ones under saddle but as soon as i give him rein to jump he swerves to avoid them. It doesn't matter what i do. Even if i keep him square to the jumps he just runs into them. It's ridiculous. And yes before you ask I have jumped many horses before, but never had one do this. Horse Show Clothing?

Seeing as it's a local schooling show it shouldn't be as strict on dress code as a rated/recognized show. I think kimberwicks are allowed, I'm pretty sure anyway, but you should bring both bits with you just in case. Clean your tack up nice and polish your boots and clean your chaps however you can. If your breeches are a beige sort of color then they are fine. You really should have a show jacket but it's not really a necessity at local shows. Also, a pair of black (preferably leather) gloves, a black crop, black (velvet)helmet or cover, hairnets, etc. Good luck at your show!!

Its an Ok team. I like what you did with your late picks though. Molina should be the only ray of ligth coming from that giants team, swisher should be great now that he has an offense with him and he isn't playing in the colloseum any more. Hill has the potential to be great. I am not really a fan of Wigginton, but he will get it done. Theriot is an ok player to pick, especially because he plays in a good lineup. Holliday and Granderson are your studs, and they will get the job done. Dunn will give you the power that your lineup needs, and so will Dmitri Young. Loney gives you a good average in a good lineup. Your pitching is pretty good. Zambrano should have a great year IMO, especially now that he is adjusted to his new catcher. Oswalt will be good as always. Lidge was great towards the end of last year, and he will get more save chances in a better philles team. BJ is a risk, but we have all seen how great he can be. Your two P spots are kind of bad. Overall, I think its ok, but room for improvement in the infield. I give it a 6.5 out of 10, but then again, I have never drafted in an 18 team league, so I don't know if this is a typical lineup in an 18 team league, but it looks slightly above average to me. my doc was great when i went to him about getting pregnant he told me what to look for and all that fun stuff. it was actually funny when i seen him i was actually ovulating and he sent me home with a prescription to have that night i ended up miscarrying at the beginning of march and went on the pill after that but i didnt know antibiotics and birth control pills dont work at the same time and ended up pregnant again everything happens for a reason i was beyond thrilled to find out i was pregnant again good luck at the doc tomorrow and just be open and honest with them and they will help you to the best of their ability :)

it is a tough decision. i know a fellow who wanted to live on the street. he likes his freedom but resents anyone who doesn't give him what he wants. he had a good mom and dad who tried to give him a good education and told him he did not have to leave home but for heavens sake he could not just lay around and not contribute to the family unit and be a part of the working society. he refused and is almost 50 years old and still acts as if he is owed a living. so what to do about it? get the homeless and make and i mean make them actually work for food. they did it back in camps in the 1920's so why should anyone be given a handout when they are going to continue down the path of self destruction. no it hurts to see cold hungry people but let us use our head and make it so they are hospitalized jailed or working. as i see it street people loiter. some need mental help. in fact a news channel went undercover and offered homeless people jobs. they told them they would meet them at the same place the next day the same time. nary a one showed up! then they found a group camping in the woods. well, by jove one said they liked it that way that he made $75.000 a yr tax free from hand outs! another man reportedly made $100.000 by picking up pennies in parking lots. lets open our eyes guys. these people need help but not the kind they ask for. if you feel the real need to help dont give money and call the police if there is violance. give a sandwich crackers but dont linger they can hurt you or kill you. that dear is the fact of life and dont go in thinking you are a hero for you may be a hero pushing up daisys.

Have a guy friend I re-met during Thanksgiving break, We had known each other previously for a short time, but fell out of touch. He asked for my number again the second time and we had been talking /text every since, however without hanging out.I think once he got a feel for me, he wanted to hang out over xmas break, and tried to make time to hang out despite family obligations. I'm a Christian and this is my opinion: You don't have to change who you are in order to be respectful and tolerant of his religious views. I'm actually surprised that you are even willing to go with him to church, that's very supportive of you, but I hope you don't feel like you have to go. He married you knowing you're agnostic and he should still respect your religious (or lack of) views. His family is a separate issue, yes how they treated him is wrong (in my opinion), all i can say is some families take religion extremely seriously. I'm not sure what you mean by repent? He should not be repenting to his family, only God can give forgiveness for sins, not the family. Also, I think going to church 2 hrs away is rediculous, I mean all that driving is just plain bad for the environment, tell him God wouldn't want him polluting the World He created like that :) Also, whatever church he decides to go to, you have every right to insist that he keep your relationship issues private, no one needs to know every detail or ANY detail about your life. He can be social without answering rude and personal questions. Being Christian is about having a relationship with God, knowing God, you can't know God just by going to church.

In the cold weather my Mazda 3 is stalling when I am idling. It will shut right off, but I can start it immediately afterwards. My dog hasn't pooped in almost two days. ?

I apologize ahead of time for the length of this question, but I want to make sure the details are there. My 1 1/2 year old, 25.4 lb. Dachshund/Beagle mix has not pooped in nearly two days. I brought her to the vet the day before yesterday because she was infrequently vomiting small amounts of her dry dog food (Purina Beneful: Healthy Radiance). The vet gave her an antacid injection thinking it might be acid reflux because she showed no signs of pain anywhere and her behavior hadn't changed at all. When I brought her home, she had no interest in eating. I contacted the vet and she told me to feed her a beef and rice diet for the next few days starting the next day. So, she didn't eat for one full day. I've been giving her the beef and rice with half a Pepcid AC tablet as the vet has recommended. She's had three full cups so far and hasn't pooped once since I began. I had her in her crate today for about five hours while I was at work, and she has eaten her own poop before, but there's no way for me to be sure that's what's happening. Also, the ground has been covered in snow. She seems to love it, but maybe she's hesitant to poop in it? Again, she's in perfect spirits and doesn't seem to be in any pain. Any ideas?

Just also here is one piece of advice I know this poem is already wonderful but I think if you would set it aside for awhile no more than half a month or less then come back to it and edit it just a little it will be ready to publish, but this time put your whole self into this poem throw yourself into it and then write your experience of what you felt. Fed up of being treated differently from my sisters. ?

Its coming up for my 18th birthday, and my mum has decided i cant have a party. Yet my TWIN sister is allowed one, how is this fair? We have been to Italy 7 times and have always said we would move here if we could. After almost 6 weeks here with 3 left to go, we're starting to look forward to getting home. We used to spend our winters in Mexico and we got tired of that. The US is definitely easier to live in and certainly more affordable than Europe. So I guess I would have to say no, I'm staying put.

Can you be a good distance runner and a poor/fair sprinter?

Everyone is different. For example some people may be really good long distance runners and not so great sprinters. Also, really good sprinters aren't always the best long distance runners. There are some of those "freaks" that are really good at both, but there aren't that many of them. So, yes, you can be a good distance runner and a not as good sprinter. I'd say it's pretty normal.

wont eat their cat food. All it wants is human food. Its always around when we are eating and always trying to jump in the trash to get food. The last few days, I have been trying to take out the trash at night and make sure there is nothing around that the cat will eat to try to force it to eat its cats food but I dont think its working.
