Everyone can you please help me out? I know this isn't a quick process but i need some help/advice?

Losing 20 lbs in 3-6 weeks is not realistic. Healthy weight loss is done at about a pound to 2 pounds a week. When you work out it should be balanced, start with cardio like running or biking, then do weights or something because your heart rate will already be up so you will still be losing fat, it takes 20 minutes of cardio to start burning fat, so pretty much after you break a sweat continue for more than 20 minutes. And yes, continue to drink a lot of water and fluids, and try to eat more in the morning than at night.
