Tragedy struck Verona today between Tybalt Montague and Mercutio (friend of the Capulets) and cost them their lives. Prince Esculas stated that Romeo punishment is to be exile from Verona forever .“It was a terrible fight and as a result we have lost the lives of two people” says Ryan Flame(victim). “Romeo’s cousin Benvolio reports that the fight began after being provoked by Mercrutio. When the young Romeo Montague arrived on scene, he quickly intervened by holding back Mercutio, Unfortunately, Tybalt took this it as an opportunity to stab Mercutio through Romeo’s arms. “All Mercutio needed to do was stop arguing and walk away, he was better than that but made the wrong decision” said another victim of the fight. When asked from Romeo why he didn’t defend his friend, he said” I just married to the love of my life Juliet and Tybalt is the cousin of Juliet so as a result I am now related to him”. Romeo cannot be the blame for the fight because he tried to stopping the fight and then reintervened, Tybalt stabbed Mercutio. But as we heard from the Prince “Romeo is banished from Verona forever”. Poor Romeo loses his best friend and takes the matters into his own hand by taking the life of Tybalt
