Would Conservatives put their money where their mouths are on abortion?

If we banned abortions we would have to increase taxes to pay for the millions of new babies born each year. The increase in WIC and aid to women and infants would be enormous. Housing for these women and their new babies would be needed as well, remember that the majority of woman having abortions did so because they were financially unable to take care of the child. So knowing that most of these woman would be poor or low income, you would ume it would be the Govt. responsibility to pay for their care since they are innocent babies. The schools would need more money and everything from Social Security to Health Care would get bigger. The Welfare dole would be doubled. Are Conservative willing to put their money where their mouth is?
