Why do they say that black population is only 13 percent and that wthite population is over 70 percent but?

everywhere i look, all i see is black and hispanic folk. every state i have been, its all meyican hombres running thangs. where are the 70 percent white folk hiding?? or is there some kinda conspiracy to skew the numbers so that white folk dont get scared that they are actually the minorities. kinda like a last ditch attempt to pseudo_grasp_onto_power by subliming the real ethnic ratios.
