Which is the best High Definition Camcorder available that is best yet less priced.?

I dont want to spend too much money but I want a fairly good one that I can use for family and outdoor shootings with high memory capacity and clear picture. I want to buy one that comes for years and I shouldnt be buying often due to incompatibility of technological advances in storing data. I usually have to store the videos to computer. Is there something that has capability of storing videos to computer and DVD?
