How do I spice things back up with my boyfriend?

Ok my boyfriend and i have been dating for a while now and he seems to be drifting away. I am in total love with him but sometims it feels he doesnt completely love me. I used to know he loved me but i'm not as sure now. How do i entice him and get him back to me. We aren't fighting and i know he isnt cheating on me its not like he's drifting in that way its just... we dont talk as much and he kinda hangs out with my bestfriend a lot. She says he keeps asking her questions about me trying to figure out stuff i guess but it feels like he has more fun with her than with me. How do i bring the spark back and keep him interested. At first when we started dating he wanted to move knda fast but i wasnt ready. I'm ready now and i want to pull him in and keep him.
