Who is the first president under the articles of confederation?

The first president congress of the United States was John Han. Each president then served one term each from 1776 on, and also explained why his signature was first on the Declaration of Independence. When the Articles were being repealed in favor of the new constitution, G. Washington was both the last president of congress under the articles of confederation and the first president to be President under the present Constitution. Incidentally, he had been given a unanimous vote by his fellow congressmen, the only president to win an election without a dissenting vote.
