Are ALL Scorpios intuitive?

It's not just scorpio or water signs, all human beings all have the ability to be intuitive and psychic if they really try to bring it out. a spiritual awakening of some sort would do the trick, the water signs like scorpios are just emotional, sensitive, self centered, and guarded, I wouldn't necessarily call them intuitive.
