Help!!! Does anyone know of anyplace where I can get help with my student loans.?

I have been out of work for about 5 years. (personal problems) I have just started to work again and some of my wages are being garnished because my loans are in Default. What can i do? They are taking out too much of my wages. Who do I get in contact with? Is it to late to consolodate? Is there a way where I can stop them for taking out too much of my wages? Please Help Me. Is there some websites or copanies that I can get in contact with?
