Why do Christian missionaries blame the Hindus in India when they are the ones who vitiate the atmosphere?

Christian missionaries convert some weak minded people in a community by luring them with money etc. These converts and missionaries then ridicule the beliefs and religion of those that don't convert constantly, thus vitiating the atmosphere in the name of "witnessing". Now a people who were living peacefully previously are fighting on religious grounds and when someone dies they go to the world and say look how violent the Hindus are and are commiting atrocities against Christians. Who is to blame in such a case?. Hindus don't proselytise like Christians and damn christians to hell for not being Hindus but the Christians ridicule their beliefs all the time.
