When rich people say that traveling & fine dining & getting anyone they want is unfulfilling, are they lying?

I don't think they're lying, I think it's one of the few instances where rich people are being honest...my friend is rich and does all that stuff but he's so insecure and he needs to tell lies about everything to try and make himself feel better....he's not a happy person
