Medical professionals..can u tell me what the results of this stress test means?

1-Quality control 180 degree rotational images show soft tissue attenuation anteriorly. There is no evidence of motion artifact seen on this study. 2- Review of the Spect images show hyperperfusion and anterior anteroseptal and apex which appears to be reversible when compared to resting images. This is suggestive of inducible ischemia in the anteroapical area. 3- Multigated cardiac wall motion study shows mild global hypokinesis with overall systolic function at the lower limit of normal. 4- Quantative evaluation of the left ventricular function shows end diastolic volume of 90 ml and systolic volume of 43 ml with calculated ejection fraction of 52%
