Me and my wife just got 2 kitten a month ago and when we got them they were 10 weeks old. One of the kittens?

wont eat their cat food. All it wants is human food. Its always around when we are eating and always trying to jump in the trash to get food. The last few days, I have been trying to take out the trash at night and make sure there is nothing around that the cat will eat to try to force it to eat its cats food but I dont think its working. You can tell the difference with the kittens because one is much heavier then the other and it just feels real skinny and bony. Doesn't really act right either sometimes. I'm started to get a little worried. Dont know if I should go to the vet or try wet food. I heard some cats are picky, but this is a little crazy. Please HELP!!!!
