If i were to use the name Adelina for a future daughter........?

I don't think people would automatically call her that. I also like the nicknames Ada and Lina (Especially Lina) So if you call her one of those names then people would know that that's her nickname instead of Addy. BTW. This name is cute and unique, very pretty.
