Do Asian people steal dogs for food.?

I recently lost my dog. We searched everyhwere for him, but to no avail. I miss him a lot, but a few things have been bothering me. We had him locked in the backyard, which we thought was safe. He was also an obedient dog and it shocks me he would run away.I heard rumors of Asian people sneaking around neigbrhoods and snatching dogs for food. Two days after an Asian family moved next door my dog was missing and they were having a BBQ. A lot of other families have been missing dogs also, and their dissapearances seem to coincide with the BBQs. I'm thinking about organizing a group and driving them out of the neighborhood. Any thoughts?
